Order slips 8.6 and tables.
Why does a table (8.6 order slips) stay open after the payment receipt has been issued?
The certified e-invoicing provider closes the 8.6 slips when the closing document (e.g. 11.1 with specialInvoiceCategory 12) has all the table's MARKs, both orders and cancellations, in invoiceHeader.multipleConnectedMarks. If the receipt was issued without this correlation, the slips still appear in GetOpenTables and, after 24 hours, issuing is blocked for the branch. Close them with a full cancellation (an 8.6 with totalCancelDeliveryOrders: true and the MARKs in multipleConnectedMarks).
What does it mean when an 8.6 order slip has MARK 0, and how do I close its table?
MARK 0 means the slip was issued offline (statusCode = Offline): it has a UID but has not yet been transmitted to AADE. The Provider sends it as soon as the connection is back. If you need to close the table before the slip gets a MARK, put its UID in multipleConnectedUids instead of a MARK in multipleConnectedMarks. The Provider does the conversion.
Why doesn't GetOpenOrdersForTable return the open slips of a table that appears in GetOpenTables?
The call is GET /api/v1/Provider/GetOpenOrdersForTable?TableId=…&VatNumber=…&Branch=…. For each open 8.6 it returns mark, uid, quantityProducts and totalNet (or 404 if the table has no open slips). Check that you send the TableId as GetOpenTables returned it, the same VAT number (ΑΦΜ) and the same branch (Branch) as the 8.6 slips, with the GET method, and that the key and the base URL belong to the same environment (sandbox or production). You can verify the call from Swagger and look up the slip by its MARK in the portal.

In the Food service guide. Each table order is sent as an 8.6 with tableAA (the table's GUID), classification category1_95 and no paymentMethods. Item cancellations are made with a new 8.6 and recType: 7, and the table is closed with an 11.1 or 1.1 that has specialInvoiceCategory: 12 and all the table's MARKs in multipleConnectedMarks. Each 8.6 must be closed within 24 hours. Ready-made JSON examples and Postman folder 5 are available.
